If Trolley Hoist is returned in received condition (unused/unopened/like new) a 5% restocking fee will be incurred. If returned with light use/wear a 10% restocking fee will be incurred. If returned with significant use/wear or damage a 15% restocking fee or greater will be incurred or return may be rejected.
